Yinka Alaseyori Tope Alabi beef:Â Veteran gospel singer Tope Alabi is currently under fire on social media after she condemned the Oniduro song by Yinka Alaseyori.
In a video making the rounds across the internet, Tope Alabi could be heard saying it is so wrong to refer to God as âOniduro miâ [my guarantor] and that she was instructed by the Holy Spirit to desist from singing the song.
God is not my own guarantor; he is more than a guarantor to me. I love the song too but the day I tried singing it, the holy spirit told me to shut up,â she said in the Yoruba language.
This is not about condemning the song; when you receive a song in the spirit, it is supposed to go through some refining with the holy ghost before producing it, else, you will just be singing rubbish she added in part.

Tope Alabi claim was however nullified by some of her fans who slammed her for being jealous of the song, with many saying their is nothing wrong in making God as one’s guarantor.
It is also claimed that this would not be the first time Tope Alabi would be condemning a gospel artiste. She is alleged to have once called out singer Shola Allyson over her genre of music, stating that the latter is not a true gospel artiste.
Yinka Alaseyori and Tope Alabi
The gospel singer Adeyinka Alaseyori, whose song was condemned by Tope Alabi is being revered by many as a prodigy of the veteran singer as she sings exactly like Tope Alabi.
She came into prominence just few years ago and has been a hot cake performing at major concerts around the country.
